World Forum for Direct Investment 2007 in Bologna

World forum 2007, BolognaThe fifth international forum for direct foreign investment will be held on 7-8June 2007 in the Palazzo Re Enzo Conference Hall, Bologna. It is organized by the British company Red Hot Locations in co-operation with PromoBologna, a regional marketing agency representing Town Councils, the Province and Chamber of Commerce of Bologna, and with Invest in Italy as its co-sponsor.

Thanks to PromoBologna, one of the most important international events for operators in the investment sector will be held in Emilia-Romagna, after Brussels (2003), London (2004), Amsterdam (2005) and Valencia (2006).

Taking part in the 2007 World Forum for Direct Investment will be government representatives, industrialists, sector operators and economists acting as rapporteurs and observers. Subjects to be discussed will deal with attracting investments, paying particular attention to creative cities, or creativityand innovation as factors for encouraging economic development and for attracting investment.

The meetings will also be focused on the role of new investors, from countries known for attracting capital, in the future flows of foreign investments, and on brand importance in companies’ international development.
